We offer free shipping on all orders delivered in India. All ready to ship orders will be dispatched with in 48 Hours and will be delivered in 5-7 working day.

If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within 4 to 6 business days of the order, our team will notify you within 48 hours of your order being received.

Delivery time of Custom Orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Custom orders typically require 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design or availability of the required gemstones.

We will send you a shipping confirmation that will contain your tracking number. We encourage you to create an GemEmporio account to track your orders and to manage your wish list.

We offer free international door to door shipping on all orders above $1000. All ready to ship orders will be delivered in 10 to 15 working days in under normal conditions.

We do not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays. Deliveries will only occur on working days.

All international shipments must have the same billing and shipping address. We cannot ship to an APO/FPO address.

Note: The party receiving the international shipment is responsible for all import duties and taxes required by local governments. Upon arrival of the shipment, duties and taxes must be paid to release your shipment from customs. Contact your local postal service for information regarding the duties and taxes required to receive international jewellery shipments.
