RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICYReturns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging). In such a case, our team should get an intimation within 48 hours of delivery. No request for return / exchange will be entertained after 48 hours.

Refund Will be Done in The Following Conditions:

1. Genuine quality issues.

2. Packages lost in transit.

3. In case we discover that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

No Refunds Will Be Given in The Following cases:

1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.

4. Package refused by recipient.

5. Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

7. Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY -DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered in India. All ready to ship orders will be dispatched with in 48 Hours and will be delivered in 5-7 working day. If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within 4 to 6 business days of the order, our team will notify you within 48 hours of your order being received. Delivery time of Custom Orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Custom orders typically require 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design or availability of the required gemstones.We will send you a shipping confirmation that will contain your tracking number. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free international door to door shipping on all orders above $1000. All ready to ship orders will be delivered in 10 to 15 working days in under normal conditions. We do not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays. Deliveries will only occur on working days.All international shipments must have the same billing and shipping address. We cannot ship to an APO/FPO address.Note: The party receiving the international shipment is responsible for all import duties and taxes required by local governments. Upon arrival of the shipment, duties and taxes must be paid to release your shipment from customs.
