Monday- Saturday, 10:30am to 7pm IST
Closed on Sunday and Indian national holidays
You provide any certificate ?
Yes. All of our jewellery are real and authentic and we provide certificate by a gemologist. In special condition or demand we also provide certificate of an independent International Gem Lab for an additional charge.
What materials are used in your products ?
All our jewellery is manufactured with real gold and/or silver and all the gemstones we use are natural & authentic.
Do you provide a virtual store visit ?
Yes. You can send request for a virtual visit. Our team will connect with you to schedule an appointment.
Do you provide custom designing services ?
Yes. You can book a virtual or physical appointment with our designing team. Our highly skilled designing team will assist you to create your custom design.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship internationally. For more details, please read our shipping policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered in India and free international shipping for the orders above $1000
How can I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation that will contain your tracking number. We encourage you to create a GemEmporio account to track all your orders.
Do you ship to an APO/FPO address?
No, we cannot ship to an APO/FPO address.
When will my purchase be delivered?
In stock items will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days of purchase date for all domestic orders and 10 to 15 days for international orders in normal conditions.
Deliveries only occur on working days. GemEmporio does not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays.

My order was damaged when I received it, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package, please take a picture of the box and the damaged item, and include the images in an email with subject “Exchange/Return” to mail@gemartsemp.com
Please Note: In such a case, GemEmporio team should get an intimation within 48 hours of delivery.

When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
GemEmporio accepts all major cards and bank wire transfers. For more details, please read our payment policy
Will there by taxes on my order?
GemEmporio is required to collect GST on all orders shipped in India for purchases made online and by phone in the states where we conduct business. For International orders taxes will be collected by the shipping partner at the time of the delivery. For more details contact your local postal service for information regarding the duties and taxes required to receive international jewellery shipments.
How is my credit card information protected?
GemEmporio do not collect any of your card details or bank details. We use only our partner banks for the payments so all your information is secured with the banks.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is free for domestic returns.

Does GemEmporio offer custom orders?
Yes, you can place custom orders with GemEmporio where our highly skilled designer team will assist you and will make sure that you get what you want. It may require approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete depends on the complexity of the design or on the availability of the gemstones. Custom orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable. To place a custom order, please contact GemEmporio’s Client services.

Can GemEmporio jewellery be resized?
Yes, Most of our jewellery can be customized or resized on customer’s demand.
